Run a scenic course along the St. Croix River, enjoy internationally renowned snow sculptures, and finish with a breathtaking view of Stillwater’s iconic Lift Bridge.

Yes! All runners will receive a free beer/drink ticket to be used at the World Snow tent. Other post race refreshments will also be provided.
Following the race, we will be raffling off a number of prizes, including Stillwater “Chamber Bucks”, World Snow Sweatshirts, and more! Your bib # is your raffle ticket. No extra fees!
Yes- as an add on. We make shirts optional to keep costs down. Race shirts will be Storm Creek tech long sleeves. The deadline to guarantee a shirt is 12/22/25. We will have a small number of extras for sale post race as well as similarly branded Wild River Running shirts.
As a January race, there is a risk of extreme cold. We will follow MSHSL’s cold weather guidelines. We will not hold the race if air temps at start time are -4 F or windchills are below -20 F.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for the race due to weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances affecting the participant. Most of the entry fees have been spent months out on things like permitting, timing, insurance, etc
Strollers are allowed! Dogs are not allowed in the race.
The time limit for completing the course is 75 minutes. This is an 24 min/mile pace
